This 2001 is an emergency siren for the city of Gunnison, installed in 2011, replacing a Sterling siren. The Sterling was removed shortly after these photos were taken. This 2001 is part of the Six County Association of Governments, who typically tests their sirens as part of the yearly Great Shakeout earthquake drill. Possibly used as a fire siren.
