Located at 160 N State St, Scipio, Utah.

This is an emergency siren for Scipio (sip-e-oh), installed in 2011, replacing another Model 2. The old siren is still used on occasion. This siren is part of the Six County Association of Governments, who typically tests their sirens as part of the yearly Great Shakeout earthquake drill. Possibly used as a fire siren.
