This Model 2 is an emergency siren for Hinckley, Utah. It was installed in 2011, replacing another Model 2 on the building, just a few feet away. That Model 2 is now in private possession. This siren is part of the Six County Association of Governments, who typically tests their sirens as part of the yearly Great Shakeout earthquake drill. Possibly used as a fire siren.
